All most all, but not all repeaters have standard input frequency offsets.  These offset are shown in the table below.

Analog Linked Repeater Systems in Texas

System Type Description
Armadillo Inertie Closed Major Cities Statewide. Linked to the the larger Cactus Intertie System consisting of over 150 repeaters and 20 affiliate clubs across the US.
BBARC Repeater System Open Covering most of the Big Bend area of west Texas including McDonald Observatory, Alpine, Big Bend National Park, Ft. Stockton, HUB Elephant Mountain and Davis Mountain Resort.
CAPROC Open Texas & Oklahoma Panhandles, NE New Mexico and SE Colorado.
COAST Open Houston, Coastal Bend, El Campo, Shiner, Victoria, Beeville and Corpus Christi.
ETVHF Open Longview, Tyler,Henderson and Quitman.

Horned Toad Inertie -  Map

Open Big Springs, Midland, Denver City and Hobbs NM.   Also used for Skywarn spotter nets in West Texas.
Hot Rocks Open San Angelo, Marble Falls, Austin and San Antonio.
HUB 
Open Centered around Lubbock
LIMA Open Glen Rose, Fort Worth, Dallas, Mabank, Canton, Rusk and Tyler.
Intertie Inc. Closed 23 Repeaters in Southwest Texas and Houston. Linked to the the larger Cactus Intertie System consisting of over 150 repeaters and 20 affiliate clubs across the US.
North Texas Repeater Network Open Glen Rose, Fort Worth, Dallas, Mabank, Canton, Rusk and Tyler.
NTARA Open Comanche, Glen Rose, Granbury, Weatherford and Fort Worth.
NTCS North Texas Communication System Open Richland Hills, Egan and Dublin.
North TeXas Repeater, Association Open McKiney, Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington and a repeater inside the Dallas Cowbow's new Stadium.
POST Open Centered around Post, southeast of Lubbock
RAILS Radio Interstate Linked Radio System Closed Eastland to Sulphur Springs. Open for Skywarn use.
RioGrande Valley Open McAllen to South Padre Island

Open Brazoria, Clute, Galveston, Houston, Angleton and El Campo. Also used for Skywarn spotter nets in SE Texas.
SKY Open Brownfield, Levelland, Littlefield, Plainview and Lubbock. Also used for Storm tracking.
STARS Open South Padre Island, Brownsville, Harlingen and McAllen.
Southwest Texas Lynx System Open South Texas, West Texas and the Panhandle.
TIE Intertie Closed West Texas to Corpus Christi

Trinity Radio Amateur Inertie Network (TRAIN) Open Boyd, Richland Hills and Nocona.
WD5IEH Open San Antonio, New Braunfels, Victoria, Shiner & Davey
Upper Rio FM Society, Inc. RIO Link System Open New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado and West Texas
Waspnest Repeater Group Open Dallas, Mesquite, Fort Worth, Decatur, Bowie, Gainsville, Weatherford & Wichita Falls.
West Texas Connection Open Odessa, Big Spring, Colorado City, Crane, Dark Canyon, Ft. Stockton, Hobbs, Kent/Balmorhea, King Mountain, Lamesa, Midland, Notrees, & Sterling City.
Western Inertie Network (WIN) Open 78 Repeaters, 18 States and 3 Countries including Plano and San Antonio.
